SHIPPING
Single-Vision glasses usually ship within 72 hours. Progressive lenses take 3 to 5 days to customize. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email and an SMS from DHL with tracking details so you can keep a close eye on your order until it reaches its destination.
Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location. You can expect your order to arrive within 5 to 12 business days depending on your prescription. Shipping is free for all orders.
We primarily use DHL and Fedex for most deliveries within Canada. We use DHL in the United States.
RETURNS
Please note the following terms and conditions for returns:

Ensure the accuracy of your prescription before ordering.

Our guarantee remains valid for 60 days from the delivery date.

A 100% refund will be issued upon receipt of the product in its original packaging.

Kindly note that return freight costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Since this is a customizable product, you must provide a photo of your item/s prior to shipping so we can assess the condition.
