Please note the following terms and conditions for returns:​

  • Ensure the accuracy of your prescription before ordering.
  • Our guarantee remains valid for 60 days from the delivery date.
  • A 100% refund will be issued upon receipt of the product in its original packaging.
  • Kindly note that return freight costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
  • Since this is a customizable product, you must provide a photo of your item/s prior to shipping so we can assess the condition.

How can I make sure that the Slopeseeker fits my goggles?

Measure the inside of your goggles. The Slopeseeker's height is 4 inches (95mm) and its length is 5 inches (140mm).

Do you make lenses for progressive or bifocal prescriptions?

Yes! We craft lenses for single-vision prescriptions (SPH, CYL, AXIS and PD) and double-vision/ bifocal/ progressive lenses (ADD). These cover farsightedness (hyperopia) and nearsightedness (myopia) and also give you the ability to read if you look at the bottom part of the lens.

I have astigmatism. Can you still make inserts for me?

Yes. Upload your personal prescription with your order. Our optometrists will examine every single one of them and make sure you get the lenses that suit you best.

Are there any delivery or duty fees?

Standard Shipping (10–15 business days, U.S. & Worldwide): No duty fees.
Express Shipping (3–5 business days, U.S. & Worldwide): For U.S. customers, duty fees ($20–$30 USD) are not included and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

Does the Slopeseeker work with PRISM prescriptions?

Yes! The Slopeseeker can accommodate prism prescriptions. Simply upload your detailed prescription, or email it to us at info@theslopeseeker.com.

Does the slopeseeker work on diving goggles?

That depends on the type of diving goggles you use. We tested the Slopeseeker goggle inserts on several diving goggles with success.

How do I activate the anti-fog coating on my Slopeseeker lenses?

To activate the anti-fog coating on your lenses, rinse the inserts with warm water and let them air dry. You only need to do this once. If fogging occurs later, simply use the provided anti-fog cloths to keep your vision clear.

Does the Slopeseeker work with OTG (Over the Glasses) Goggles?

Yes. The Slopeseeker Inserts can fit OTG goggles and is compatible with most models.

Yes. They fit most children’s goggles.
